Vehicle preparation
Before the vehicle is handed over to the customer, it must be washed and inspected. Particular attention is paid to the serviceability of the brakes and tire pressure.

Vehicle Delivery
At the appointed time we deliver bike and helmets** to your appointed point. We make a video together with you to shoot all damages of the vehicle, then we sign the papers. In the end we receive the payment

Returning a vehicle
Before the end of the rental period we contact the client and remind that the rental period is going to finish. You can bring your bike to our office yourself or have it delivered by our worker. While returning the vehicle, we will make a video to shoot all the damages again. If everything is OK, we refund the deposit. You can also extend the rental period if you want.

Deposit and advance payment

Choose a vehicle on the website and leave a booking request or send us a message on WhatsApp or Telegram. A Green Way manager will contact you on availability and rental details.

 

To confirm the reservation you must make a prepayment and a deposit.

Is it possible to book without a deposit?
You can only book a bike or car without a deposit for up to 3 days.

In what currency can I make a deposit?
The deposit can be made in any currency you like. The amount of the deposit is calculated based on the current exchange rate.

When will I get my deposit back ?
The deposit will be returned after the end of the rental period.

Will the prepayment and deposit refunded when I cancel the booking?
Deposit will be refunded, prepayment will NOT be refunded.

Delivery and return of the bike

Delivery prices depend on the area. Prices in the table in the format Delivery+Export. For example, the delivery of a bike to Patong will cost 250 baht, and the export will cost another 250 baht, a total of 500 baht. You can order only delivery or only export. You can pick up and bring the bike to the office yourself

Before the end of the rental period we contact the client and remind that the rental period is going to finish. You can bring your bike to our office yourself or have it delivered by our worker

When the bike is handed over, a video recording of the vehicle’s condition is made. Next, we refund the deposit

If everything is OK, we refund the deposit. You can also extend the rental period if you want.

Extras & add-ons

For all bikes, we give the necessary number of helmets. There is also a phone holder on each bike – so that you can conveniently use the navigator and not get lost anywhere

Is it possible to return a bike in another region?

Yes, you can take it on one island and return it on another if we have an office there. Often the bike is taken at Koh Samui, and returned to Phangan
